Safe Horizon Consulting Limited is a protection-focused consultancy firm established in 2025 that provides professional, innovative, and community-driven solutions to strengthen protection systems, promote psychosocial wellbeing, and enhance resilience among vulnerable populations. The firm specializes in Child Protection, Gender-Based Violence, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Safeguarding, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). Safe Horizon works with NGOs, UN agencies, government institutions, Refugee-Led Organizations, Women-Led Organizations, Community-Based Organizations, and community partners to design and implement integrated, survivor-centered, and trauma-informed programs guided by the principles of safeguarding, Do No Harm, accountability, participation, and the best interests of the child.
The consultancy provides a comprehensive range of services including capacity building, case management system strengthening, psychosocial support programming, safeguarding systems development, digital case management solutions, organizational strengthening, strategic planning, research, assessments, and evaluations. Safe Horizon also supports organizations to strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems and align programs with global standards such as the Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPMS), IASC MHPSS Guidelines, GBVIMS+, and Sphere Standards to ensure quality, accountability, and effective program implementation.
Using a multi-sectoral and integrated programming approach, Safe Horizon links protection programming with resilience and economic strengthening by integrating Cash and Voucher Assistance and market-based programming, inclusive child wellbeing and special needs assessment and interventions, media and protection-focused strategic communication, youth empowerment and livelihoods initiatives, as well as emergency preparedness and climate adaptation strategies. Through partnerships and evidence-based approaches, Safe Horizon delivers scalable, context-sensitive solutions that strengthen systems, empower communities, and improve the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of children, women, and vulnerable populations.

The company operates as a professional consultancy firm providing technical assistance, research, training, and program development services in protection, safeguarding, mental health and psychosocial support, inclusive education, and organizational strengthening.
The company is compliant with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax regulations and is eligible for tax invoicing and VAT processing where applicable. Safe Horizon Consulting Limited is eligible to enter into consultancy agreements, service contracts, and framework agreements with NGOs, UN agencies, government institutions, and private sector organizations.
